- The Montreal and Quebec City Bus Trip is a bundled package.  It cannot be separated.

- You must have a valid Passport Book or Passport Card to attend this trip. Birth certificates and driver's licenses will not be accepted by Canadian and United States border agents.

Please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address. Please call or email us when you are mailing a payment. We do not check our mailbox everyday. 

3) In Person: You can drop off a payment at our office in Norfolk, Virginia with the Receptionist from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 500 East Main Street, Norfolk, Virginia (BB&T building in downtown Norfolk). We are located on the 16th floor inside of the Gather co-working space. Your payment (money order/cashier’s check) must be in a seal envelope with the following information written on the front of the envelope: The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club #1667. Inside the envelope, please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address, Contact mailing address. We will mail you a receipt. We do not accept cash or personal checks for payments made in person. Please call or email us when you are planning to drop off a payment.  

We DO NOT accept payment by phone.  

All payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another trip/tour. However, an existing reservation can be changed to another person. Please see the "Name Change Policy" section below.  

If you opt into a payment plan, please pay accordingly to the schedule. If more than two consecutive payments are missed, your reservation(s) will be cancelled and any payment(s) made will be forfeited.   Always contact us if you are unable to meet payment deadlines.  

Pricing is based on room occupancy (the number of people staying in a room together).  If your roommate cancel or removed from the trip due to missing more than two consecutive payments, a price adjustment will incur to cover the remaining hotel cost.  You are allowed to replace your roommate.  Please see the "Name Change Policy" below.

No refunds are available once the trip/tour commences. In the event of a no-show by a paid attendee, no refund shall be given.

We STRONGLY recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance.  We do not offer refunds. Purchasing travel insurance is a way to protect your travel investment dollars in the event the unexpected happens.

If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email (info@thepacktravelclub.com). Payments will not be refunded for cancellations. 

However, if a trip is cancelled by the coordinator (The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club) due to lack of interest or unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund.  

A name change is the cancellation of one guest and the addition of a new guest on a booking. Applicable cancellation penalties will be assessed to the original guest (owner of the booking) plus a $50 administration fee to make a name change.  The new guest will be subject to pay any outstanding balance that was not paid for by the original guest. 

The original guest must send written response via email to info@thepacktravelclub.com requesting a name change and provide the following information of the new guest

1) Name

3) Email Address

Only the original guest can request the name change.  The ownership of the reservation will be transferred once the original guest has provide the new guest information and have paid the $50 administration fee. 

Travel insurance is offered by a third party, Allianz Global Assistance, not The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club. Plans underwritten by BCS Insurance Company, Jefferson Insurance Company or Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies, depending on insured's state of residence and plan type. Plan(s) may not be available to residents of all states.

Travelers insurance is not required in order to join a trip/tour.

Any delay in pickup time is not grounds for cancellation. The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club will not be responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of baggage and personal property.

Photos taken may only be used to promote The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club experience in articles, videos, or other media in which The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club is described and referred to within the contents of the given medium of media communication. Photographs are not to be used as stock photography.

The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club staff and venues will adhere to all state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 and will continue to update our policy as necessary. By purchasing a ticket to our trips, tour, and events, you understand and  acknowledge that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  In attending our trips, tours, and events, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club and all of their affiliates, employees, contractors, staff, and associates from any and all liability for any illness or injury due to COVID-19 exposure.

Board your spacious, video, and restroom equipped motorcoach and set off for Toronto Canada. Tonight, we will check into an en-route hotel in Albany, New York for a good night's rest.

After breakfast, we’ll continue north across the border into Canada’s cultural capital—Montreal!

Upon arrival, enjoy a 3 hour guided bus tour of the city tour.

• Travel through time in Old Montréal by visiting Place d’Armes, the Old Port as well as City Hall and the Bonsecours Market.

• Admire the modern architecture of the new Quartier international.

• See the downtown, from the bustle of Ste-Catherine Street to stately McGill College Avenue, as well as skyscrapers such as the famous Place Ville Marie.

• An introduction to the RÉSO (also known as the Underground City) is also on the program.

• The Victorian era Golden Square Mile will be discussed.

• Cross through Mount Royal Park, where you will have access to a stunning view of the city.

• Be impressed by the grandeur of the Saint-Joseph Oratory, one of the world’s most significant pilgrimage sites.

• On the Plateau Mont-Royal, in the Latin Quarter and along Saint-Laurent Boulevard, learn more about the different ethnic groups that have helped shape our city.

• Visit Jean-Drapeau Park (Saint Helen’s & Notre-Dame islands), a true oasis of fresh air.

• On the way through, catch a glimpse of the Gilles Villeneuve racing circuit, the Montréal Casino as well as La Ronde amusement park.

After the tour, we'll check into our hotel and enjoy free time to dine and explore at your leisure.

Today, we’ll journey to the enchanting Quebec City, a UNESCO World Heritage site that feels straight out of Europe. Enjoy a 2-hour guided walking tour through Old Quebec’s cobblestone streets and historic fortifications. Afterwards, take time to explore on your own before returning to Montreal in the evening.

After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing boat cruise along the St. Lawrence River to see Montreal from a new perspective. Following the cruise, the afternoon is yours to shop, sightsee, or relax at one of the city’s many cafés and parks.

After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey homeward. Sit back and enjoy the scenic ride as we make our way to Union, New Jersey, for an overnight stay at a Marriott-branded hotel.

After enjoying breakfast, we’ll depart home. A perfect time to chat with your friends about all the fun things you’ve done, the great sights you’ve seen and where your next group trip will take you!
